How to pickle olives?
4.5 pound (2 kg) green olives.
0.5 gallon (2 liter) fresh water
0.4 pound (200 gram) salt
3 sliced lemons
6-8 garlic cloves
1 spune of non shredded black pepper
Notch every olive by knife or Hammer it.
Put all olives in large container and fill it up with water. replace the water every day for 10 days.
Put the olives, lemon slices, garlic cloves ,black pepper into sealed glass jars.
Mix the water and sald separately and add it into the jars. seal the jars.
Ready to eat after a month.
Tip: add thin layer of oil onto the water to prevent mould.
