How to make Crème brûlée ?
Crème brûlée is a traditional French dessert
consisting a vanilla custard base with a burned sugar crust on top.
This recipe requires Creme Brulee Torch and Ramekins
Products:
2 cups of whipping cream
3 Eggs
1/2 cup of sugar
2 teaspoon vanila extract
Preheat the oven to 250 degrees Fahrenheit or 120 degrees Celsius.
Mix the eggs with the sugar and the vanila.
Heat in a Saucepan the whipping cream,remove before boiling do not boil .
Add slowly and gradually the eggs mix into the cream while mixing.
Pour the mix into the
Ramekins.
For best results put the Ramekins into a Backing Pan
over iron rack
to separate the Rameins and the pan, pour boiling water into the pan up to half the Ramekins (to prevent over cooking from the bottom).
bake in the preheated oven for one hour.
Cool the Ramekins
for half an hour, Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least six hours before the next stage
scatter about a spoon of sugar over each one and heat the sugar until it bubbles and changes color with the Creme Brulee Torch
